Managing invitations means knowing, at any moment, who was invited, who received the invitation and who confirmed. With Mhalli you send invitations on WhatsApp, follow the replies and welcome guests with entry passes, from one dashboard.
From SAR 150, and the price per invitation falls the more guests you invite.
Guest list and replies
Add guests by their mobile numbers; each one shows the state of their invitation and reply: delivered, attending or declined.
Reminder and thank-you
Confirmed guests get a reminder before the event and a thank-you message after it, without you chasing anyone.
Entry at the door
Every guest has an entry pass that door staff scan with a phone; a guest without one is found by name or phone number.

Questions
Can someone else manage the event with me?
Yes. Send them a join link and they manage the event with you from their own account.
Will I know how many are coming?
Yes. Confirmed, declined and not yet replied are counted as the replies come in.
What if a guest arrives without a pass?
Door staff search by name or the last digits of their phone and check them in.
How much does it cost?
The price depends on the number of guests, includes everything above, and starts at 150 SAR.
