Payment and refund policy

How invitation packages on مهلّي are paid for, and when you can get your money back.
1. Payment
A package is paid once per event, before invitations start going out, through the Moyasar payment gateway with the payment methods it offers. The price follows the number of guests, as shown on the pricing page; guests added after paying are paid for when the count is raised.
2. Full refund
You can get a full refund within 7 days of paying, as long as no invitation for the event has started going out.
3. After sending has started
Once invitations have started going out, the payment isn't refunded, because the service has begun. If invitations couldn't be sent because of a fault on our side, we resend them at our cost or refund the invitations that didn't arrive.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@mhalli.co with the event's name and your account email, and we'll reply within two working days.
5. When the money arrives
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 to 14 working days of approval, depending on the card issuer.
