Terms of Service
Last updated: August 18, 2026
These terms govern your use of Mahalli. The platform is currently in a trial phase — by using it, you agree to the terms below.
1. Who uses the platform
Mahalli serves two kinds of users: organizers (who create an account to manage their events) and guests (who use an invitation link to respond, with no account needed). These terms apply to both, as relevant to how they use the platform.
2. Your account and responsibility
You're responsible for the accuracy of your event and guest data, and for keeping your account credentials secure. Don't use the platform to send abusive or unlawful content, or to collect guest data without their knowledge.
3. Service limits
The platform is currently in a trial phase: some channels (like WhatsApp or email notifications) may not always be actively enabled, and we're continuously improving stability and features. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and we make a reasonable effort to fix any issue once found.
4. Content you create
Your invitation's content (text, images, an organization logo if applicable) remains yours. By sharing it through the platform, you grant us only the permission needed to display, store, and send it to your guests per your own settings.
5. Changes and suspension
We may update these terms or the platform's features as we continue building it, and we'll aim to notify you of any material change. Any account used in violation of these terms may be suspended.
